Scripture: Genesis 2:22
Reflection: When you think of the biblical baddies there are a few women who come to mind, but the first woman Eve is definitely on the list. Even when she stumbled, God redeemed her story. Eve’s failure didn’t erase her purpose and neither will yours. God still chose her to be the mother of all living and the beginning of His redemptive plan. So don’t count yourself because you have stumbled. Shame tries to tell us we’re disqualified, but grace reminds us we’re covered. Ask yourself: Am I living in shame, or under grace?
Prayer: Lord, remind me that my worth is not erased by my failures.
Application: Write down one area of your life where shame still whispers. Replace it with a scripture of grace (for example, Romans 8:1 – “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”).
Exercise: Take a 15-minute nature walk. As you walk, notice the beauty of creation and thank God that He still calls you His masterpiece.
Health Reminder: During your shower today, do a self-check. Gently press in circular motions across your breast tissue to begin knowing your normal.
