Scripture: “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” (Proverbs 4:23)
Reflection: As women, our hearts are tender and that’s a gift. But it also means we must be intentional about what we allow in. The words we believe, the voices we listen to, the relationships we nurture all shape us. Guarding your heart doesn’t mean building walls; it means creating boundaries that protect your peace and your purpose.
Application: Identify one influence that drains you. Replace it with something that restores you—like Scripture, worship, or journaling.
Prayer: Father, help me protect my heart. Let it overflow with Your love and wisdom.
